Who we are

This website belongs to Mesa Verdé, a legal advisory and consultancy practice. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact.us.mesaverde@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

  • Schedule a Consultation: your name, email address, contact number, organisation or business name, the subject and description of your matter, and any documents you upload.
  • Submit an Article: your name, email, contact number, institution, course and year, the article and its details, and your author profile.
  • Careers: your name, email, phone number, institution, course and year, the position and areas of interest, your availability and experience, your CV and any cover letter.

How we use it

We use the information only for the purpose of the form you sent: to respond to your enquiry, to review your article, or to assess your application. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Each form is sent by email to the inbox responsible for it: consultation enquiries and article submissions to contact.us.mesaverde@gmail.com, and job applications to hr.mesaverde@gmail.com. The emails are sent through our email delivery provider, Resend. Files you upload are held briefly in private storage on our hosting provider, Vercel, so that they can be attached to the email, and are deleted from that storage once the email has been sent.

How long we keep it

Job applications are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted unless you join us. Other submissions are kept only for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them for.

Cookies

When you click “I agree” on the entry disclaimer, the website saves one cookie in your browser recording that you agreed, so the disclaimer is not shown on every visit. It lasts one year. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent by writing to contact.us.mesaverde@gmail.com, or for job applications to hr.mesaverde@gmail.com.
